Burnout is common both within and outside of many professions today. Whether you are a professional who has lost their spark, a mother or father who is worried about what happened to their fire, or an employee who has felt undervalued much too long, our Neu Wellness Consultants are passionate about providing evidence-based strategies to help start, accelerate, and/or support your process of rejuvenation. 

This can include lifestyle analysis and support in creating stress-reducing change, assertiveness skills building, and training in setting and implementing boundaries to manage and reduce risk of burning out again.

They say that to burnout one must first be alight. And if you're passionate enough about something to start with, that it is always possible to re-ignite your fire, even if that means finding a different flame. It may just take some time, support, and self-compassion. 

We at Neu Wellness Group like to think of burnout as a precursor to or warning sign for chronic health issues. We would have once ignored signs and symptoms for years, risking ending up in a hospital bed. Targeting symptoms of burnout early may just be what saves us from that.
